WHILE BEING WORN. One victim told an Ear informer that his shades were snatched from his face while he was waiting for a taxi in Colon St. The other victim's shades were snatched off his face while he was seated in a bus waiting to depart for a southern town. “Nagkatawa pa ra ba ang buang samtang miikyas,” the victim told our informer.
