I just don’t get these weekend warriors. Why spend time punishing your body on weekends when you’ve already pummeled it enough doing a week’s stint in hell (i.e. work)? Why bike 50 kilometer trails or scuba dive in shark-infested waters (maybe) when you can simply melt into your couch with chips and a cool drink in hand?

Especially not with the all-conquering new Toyota Camry decimating the field.

My love for minivans come from way back — from being one of three brothers who needed as much elbow room (literally) from each other. Which explains my fondness for the original minivan of my grade school and high school days, the slow but spectacularly spacious VW Kombi.
