As part of its thrust to make high-speed broadband Internet access available throughout the country, Smart Communica-tions Inc. has set up a Smart Click Internet cafe in Mangatarem, Pangasinan. 


A first of its kind in Region 1, Smart Click Internet cafes are either housed in a 40-foot container van or located in a commercial space equipped with 15 rentable top-of-the-line computers with up-to-date specifications and complete software licenses.
