ZAMBOANGA CITY - The military's Southern Command seized 10 kilos of blasting
caps packed in two cartons aboard a passenger vessel in Ozamiz City last
Saturday morning, believed intended for new trainees of the separatist Moro
Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

Col. Hilario Atendido, South-com spokesman, said Army soldiers with K-9 dogs
found the blasting caps abandoned at the crew billeting area of M/V Trans-Asian
Ship Thai at about 7 a.m.
