DAVAO CITY — It’s another Christmas Eve celebration that Davao City had once again achieved zero-injury with no one hurt from any pyrotechnic or firecracker explosion.


The emergency rooms of several hospitals in the city have been without any admission for such injuries not only during the Christmas Eve revelry but also since the holidays started as early as the first week of December.

The mayor rejected the bribe and reportedly retorted: "There is no cellphone in hell."

The drug lord was believed to be one of the big financiers of the illegal drugs trade in the country.
