Young Cebuano netter Vince Marc Tabotabo ended his quest yesterday in the Manila Polo Club tennis competition with a gold and a silver medal.


Tabotabo of Tuburan scored an easy 6-3, 6-0 victory over Vince Salas to grab the championship title in the 10-under division.


Sponsored by Cebu vice-governor Greg Sanchez and Tuburan Elementary School, Tabotabo, however, failed to score double as he and partner Brysl Libao bowed down to Salas and Eric Olivarez in the finals of the doubles event, 7-5, 4-6, 6-7.
