project on the establishment of a mass production center for fungus activator
and organic fertilizer which was made available to Sagay Sugar Central. The
Board based its approval as it recognizes the promotion of the proper
utilization of sugar mill residue such as bagasse and mudpress to be processed
into organic fertilizer.

The project was made available upon the request of Mr. Romie Cortez, President
of Sagay Sugar Central, Inc.
