Fire Inspector Romeo Pepito, chief of the National Capital Region Arson Investigation Division, said Ryan Cadiao was arrested along a highway in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, almost a month after he allegedly set their house on fire.

The suspect was last seen running away from their house, minutes after the fire broke out last March 26.

"We believe he will come out to shed light on the incident," Tolentino told The STAR.
