Fr. Vicente Uy, SVD relayed the development after attending the PRISAA board meeting in Iloilo City recently.

The first casualty will be soccer as only seven regions signified its intention to field a team, though host Iloilo is pushing for its inclusion even if it will only be a demonstration event.
