Two Chinese nationals were arrested in Quezon City over the weekend by agents
of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force for possession of two kilos
of high-grade shabu.
Suspects Ting Chi Seng, alias Robert Yu; and Wilson Lim were arrested last
Friday at about 5 p.m. in a buy-bust operation laid out by PAOCTF agents led by
Superintendent John Lopez at the parking lot of a restaurant along
Congressional Avenue.
Reports said the suspects were arrested shortly after handing two kilos of
shabu worth P4 million to an undercover police agent.
