Delfin, Citystate Savings executive vice president said that the bank’s improved performance was focused on driving revenues from both existing and new business opportunities through continued enhancement of bank products and services as well as improved customer service. Recently, it launched P10 or P100 service campaign wherein a maximum of ten minutes is given to service a customer or the bank credits P100 to the client’s account. There are positive signs that the 2003 net income target is achievable with the thrift bank’s strong performance in the first three months of 2003.
