A man selling X-rated pirated DVDs in the vicinity of the Palace of Justice was arrested by the elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-7


SPO1 Delfin Bontuyan and his team just finished filing a case at the Palace of Justice yesterday morning when Raul Tabanas, 37, of barangay Tisa, passed by and tried to sell DVDs to them. 


Bontuyan said that they asked him if he sold X-rated DVDs and Tabanas showed him some, prompting the policeman to arrest him.
