Pucay banged in a 15-foot putt off the fringe of the eighth playoff hole, the par-4 No. 9, to nip Pactolerin, who closed out with a 75 to enable Pucay to force a sudden death with identical 296s.
"Im happy because I cant remember the last time I won a tournament," said Pucay, who snatched the top P100,000 purse and a brand-new watch.
