A 41-year-old construction worker was killed yesterday morning by his own brother whom he challenged to a fight reportedly to settle their argument that started last Saturday evening.


Homicide investigators identified the victim as Mario Diola Doble, who was killed instantly after sustaining two stab wounds to the right side of the chest and another to the left side of his torso.

The suspect was identified as Randy Doble, 36, who is also a construction worker living with the victim and their mother in sitio Sapang Komunidad, barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City.
