The man is identified as Randel Llanos, according to Southern Police District (SPD) director Chief Superintendent Jose Gutierrez Jr.


Llanos also belonged to the armed group that robbed the Equitable PCIBank at Paseo de Roxas and Jupiter Street last April.


Llanos was caught on Citibank’s CCTV surveillance cameras, as well as two of his companions who were also part of the previous robbery.


The two men have yet to be identified.
