Civic-minded gentleman Bert Basilio recently celebrated his 75th birthday in style at the North Forbes Pavilion. He made the joyous occasion into a fundraising affair for the improvement and beautification of the town plaza of Penaranda, Nueva Ecija, his wife Nonie’s hometown.
