The Western Police District (WPD) identified the fatalities as Armando Makapigis and his companion Peter Felix Lidsana. Makapigis died at the Ospital ng Maynila after being shot in the face while Lidsana died at the Philippine General Hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound in the neck.
Police said Makapigis brother, Gamal-al, is still recuperating at the Ospital ng Maynila for a bullet wound in the stomach.
