The Paynauen Duyan Festival, a thanksgiving to nature’s blessings, will unfold on the occasion of the 403rd Foundation Day of Iba, the capital of the province of Zambales.

Iba vice mayor Benjamin Farin Jr. said the events are part of the first "Paynauen Duyan Festival" to be held April 21-24 in celebration of the town’s 394th founding day.

He said that the festival aims to instill environmental awareness among the people of Iba in its bid to become an eco-tourism destination.
