The bloated body of an unidentified man, believed to have drowned during the height of tropical storm “Ondoy,” was found floating in the Punta, Sta. Ana portion of the Pasig River Friday afternoon.

It was learned that Flores was on board a banca collecting shellfish along the said river in the portion covering Barangay Napindan of neighboring Taguig with friends Jade Columnar and Jesus Castro at around 3:30 p.m. Friday when four unidentified men started hurling stones at them.
