                    [Summary] => SAN PABLO CITY — Two persons, including the district examiner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) here, were fatally shot in two separate incidents here yesterday.


BIR District Examiner Graciano Balubal, 42, a resident of Parconville Subdivision here, was gunned down by two motorcycle-riding men while on the way to his office aboard his Toyota Car at about 7:30 a.m. yesterday.


Balubal succumbed to four gunshot wounds on the head and body and died while being rushed to the San Pablo City District Hospital.
