[Title] => 3 years after election: SK composition now complete, functional
[Summary] => Three years after its last election, the Sangguniang Kabataan of barangay Biga, Toledo City, the other day finally completed its required number of members to become functional.
This after four newly-elected members took their oath of office before Toledo City Mayor Arlene Zambo, joining the SK chairman Jose Geneve Sepada and three members who were already elected on July 15, 2002 or a little more than three years ahead.
During those elections, only three ran and won for SK member posts. But nothing was done to fill in the vacant posts until recently.

For every nation, unity is that invisible glue that holds its society together. It’s not forced, nor is it uniform; it is simply that collective decision made by diverse groups, regardless of political, religious, ethnic or socioeconomic backgrounds and all for a cause – a shared future that stands strong and resilient.
