An allegedly mentally ill mother stabbed to death her two young children in Quezon City Thursday afternoon.


According to reports reaching the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), Rosalie Roca-Opinga killed her sons Jhoner Nikkie, 6; and Daniel Dennis, 2, inside their house in Barangay Malaya.


Opinga’s mother-in-law, Gerly, said she suddenly heard the children screaming for help around 3 p.m. the other day. Gerly was washing clothes outside the house at the time.
