[Title] => Hong Kong businessman complains about faulty taxi lighted signs
[Summary] => "VACANT" BUT OCCUPIED. For the nth time, The Ear have received complaints about taxis that continue to have the "Vacant" sign lit even when the cab is already occupied. An Ear insider said a businessman from Hong Kong complained to him after he got frustrated waving at "vacant" taxis, only to find out that they were already occupied. "These taxis should change their lighted sign to "occupied" once a passenger gets on board. By leaving the sign as "vacant" when it's already occupied makes other passengers frustrated. This reflects poorly on your country.
