Ayon kay Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita, binigyan na ng Palasyo ng deadline na hanggang Lunes ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) para isumite ang resulta ng imbestigasyon nito sa kaso bago magpalabas ng Executive Order si Pangulong Arroyo.

Dalwang review centers ang natukoy ng NBI na sangkot sa leakage at tatlo pa ang sinisiyasat kung may kinalaman din sa umano’y pandaraya.
