Crab exporter Thelma Zulueta, 32, her husband, 10 employees, four housemaids, and one of the maids’ nine-year-old daughter were all hogtied.


Aside from the money, the men also took Zulueta’s gold earrings and anklet and eight cellular phones owned by her employees.


No one was harmed by the robbers but Zulueta told authorities that the men threatened to kill them.

Police identified the suspect as Danilo Villanueva alias "Danny Toyo," described to be between 45-48 years old, of Sawata Compound, Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan. Villanueva remains at large. Victim Anthony Castro, also of Sawata Compound, died from two bullet wounds in the abdomen.

                    [Summary] => An innocent play time turned tragic after an 11-year-old boy accidentally shot dead Wednesday afternoon his five-year-old male cousin in Valenzuela City.


Investigation showed that the incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. while the cousins were playing in their house on Valeriano St., Barangay Balangkas.


The older boy allegedly took his father’s air rifle and played with it. Reports indicated that the gun accidentally went off, hitting Allan in the right shoulder,  the pellet exiting his lower back.

                    [Summary] => A jobless man ran amuck stabbed dead his 12-year-old nephew and hacked his two sisters before dawn Tuesday after having one drink too many in Caloocan City.


Police identified the suspect as Reyvan Janoras, 21, single, of 268 Dona Rita St., Caloocan. Investigation showed that the incident happened at around 2 a.m. at the suspect’s house.


According to police, a heavily drunk Janoras attacked his sisters, Reylyn, 22, and Lucilac, 20, and his nephew, Jade Cunanan, with a 17-inch knife.
