                    [Summary] => A 13-year-old girl accused a man of raping her last Wednesday in barangay Tabok, Mandaue City.


The girl, who was accompanied by her mother to police station 3 in barangay Basak, told policemen that a certain Rolando Baylosis was the one who raped her. 


She said Baylosis entered her room armed with a knife and threatened to kill her if she shouted for help and then raped her before escaping toward barangay Basak.


After the incident the victim told her mother, who brought her to the police.
