[Title] => Navotas gets tough vs drunk drivers
[Summary] => Drunk drivers should think twice, if they still can, before entering Navotas.
Navotas Mayor Toby Tiangco yesterday directed the Navotas Police, the town hall Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) and barangay officials to strictly enforce a municipal ordinance against drunk driving.
Tiangco admonished all persons behind the wheel to act responsibly citing an oft-repeated advice that if one should be driving, he should not drink and vice-versa.
The mayor added that people should be extra careful at all times when seated behind the wheel of any vehicle.
