[Title] => A more "meaningful" use of Road Users Tax
[Summary] => If what some quarters were saying that a big chunk of the proceeds from the Road Users Tax (which reportedly now amounts to billions of pesos) were used and are again poised to be used for political campaign purposes were true, then we better double up on our “Hail Marys” because then we are really being wantonly screwed up from every which way.

[Title] => Suspend drunk drivers who figure in accidents
[Summary] => Sometime in July 2001, an L-300 van traveling along Shaw Blvd. was hit on its left side by an AUV vehicle coming from Sheridan St., Mandaluyong City. The impact was so hard that it hurled the van to the street corner signpost and caused it to fall on its side. Luckily the accident did not cause any death. It however broke the arm of one of the women passengers, which needed an orthopedic operation. The other passengers were brought to the hospital for treatment of bruises and contusions.
