In their complaint filed before the WPD General Assignments Section (GAS), victims Sailani Batara, 29, and Nasroden Ali, 36, both of 847 Globo de Oro St., Quiapo, Manila, alleged that they were aboard a taxicab when they were flagged down by the suspects in front of the Echague Lodge at about 10:00 p.m. 


The victims claimed that the suspects are detailed with the Pureza Police Station and recognized one of them as a certain Police Officer 2 Federico Chua.
