Acting DENR Secretary Joemari Gerochi identified those charged as Lepeng Wee, Estrada’s presidential adviser on Mindanao; Ang Bean Ean and Tan Ngee Foo, both Malaysian nationals; and Nancy Lim, a Zamboanga City-based trader.
Gerochi said the DENR office in Region 9 has filed a complaint with prosecutors in Zamboanga.
