In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Music Corp. acting chairman Jimmy Soo said MSI and Micron Technology, an American semiconductor company, have agreed in principle to the sale of MSI’s ternary CAM (content addressable memory) intellectual property assets.
