While Eurobrands Distributors, Inc., the company behind Peugeot’s resurrection, would like nothing more than for us to stop reminding folks that brand was here in the Philippines in 2003, only to leave around a year later, they have to accept that the question of “what could have possibly changed so drastically to warrant a second stab at it” is one that that pretty much asks itself.
