[Title] => Letter to the Editor Why do I read Freeman?
[Summary] =>
Let me count the ways... Oh, I mean, allow me to cite the raison d'être behind my preference of Freeman over other local dailies:
1. I like how the Editor expounds on the issue, how he expresses his opinion and his matter-of-fact view on the day's particular topic.
2. I admire Mr. Bobit Avila's style in writing his article 'Shooting Straight'. I really do respect his views on politics among other things, his courage in exposing anomalies and the way he makes 'banat' on those needing wake-up calls most especially. I am rooting for you, sir!

[Title] => Still on traffic issues: Our readers speak up
[Summary] => We were in Mindanao over the weekend for the 11th annual convention of the National Federation of Motorcycle Clubs Inc. hosted by the Barracuda and Husky Motorcycle Clubs in General Santos City. All told, my bike clocked a total of 570 miles (917 kilometers) from Cagayan de Oro and back. It was a very long and tiring ride, but whos complaining when thats what we big bikers love to do?
