Dr. Raul Canlas, head of the PCSM and chairman of the medical committee during the recent Southeast Asian Games, admitted during yesterday’s SCOOP sa Kamayan forum that it is quite impossible for the PCSM to do this.

"We don’t have the capability," said Canlas, one of the country’s best sports surgeons.
