In  his visit to the headquarters of Chongqing Lifan Group in Chongqing, People’s Republic of China, recently, Mr. Ramos said he was impressed with the quality and workmanship of Lifan motorcycles, which prompted him to invite the company to put up a plant in the Philippines.
