MMDA Traffic Operations Execution Director Angelito Vergel de Dios said they are now finalizing the proposed use of road abuser’s payment order (RAPO) in the apprehension of traffic violators. It would replace the traffic violation receipt (TVR) currently being issued by enforcers.
