The PBA board of governors approved in a meeting yesterday the adoption of a new set of criteria in relation to the eligibility of suspended Fil-foreign players, paving the way for the automatic reinstatement of two players in Eric Menk and Rafi Reavis.


Sources said the board approved commissioner Noli Eala’s proposal on a 4-3 majority vote with two teams of the San Miguel group plus Talk n Text and Red Bull Barako submitting the concurring votes.
