The center was created by virtue of a city ordinance sponsored by two ladies, Councilors Cherry Lynne Pablo-Santos and Teresita Pillas last March.

Barely two months after the drafting of the ordinance, ‘Bahay Tuluyan’ now stands proud beside the Barangay Hall in Vergara, this city.
