The legal problems of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) has been elevated to the sala of the Supreme Court (SC).


The case filed with the SC hopes to once and for all decide whether the preliminary injunction imposed by the Court of Appeals against the elected 2006-2007 officers and directors has merit or not.

The case was filed by RBAP president elect Francis Guanzon (2006-2007) and immediate past president retired General William Hotchkiss (2005-2006).
