The Manila Surfers Association (MSA), a non-profit organization that aims to provide representation for Manila surfers, will host a surfing competition in Sabang Beach, Baler from Nov. 24-25 for the benefit of students of the Ruperto Zubia Sr. Elementary School in the province.
