This was the stern warning issued by newly appointed Manila People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) chief Teresita Ang-See to erring policemen who might face charges before the body.

"Let me state this clearly and unequivocally to police officers who in the future might face charges before the PLEB. Do not even attempt to talk to me or send emissaries to take up your case. We will strictly follow the process," Ang-See said.
