The Philippine Tot Baseball Foundation (PTBF) is sending a top level delegation to the Asia Pacific Conference of Pony Baseball International, Inc., to be held in Okinawa, Japan tomorrow up to Sunday. The RP contingent is headed by PTBF chairman and Makati Vice Mayor Edu Manzano and president Boy Tingzon.Other participants will come from China, Japan, Korea, Chinese Taipei, India, Australia, Russia and Singapore. Pony Baseball International Inc. president Abraham Key will tackle the planning of Asia Pacific Zone tournaments and scheduling of the Pony World Series.
