[Summary] => A 33-year-old salesman was shot in the throat after refusing to surrender his belongings to five men who robbed a passenger bus along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City the other day.
Police identified the fatality as Edward Macaraya, of 1430 Vomel Street, Litex Village, San Jose, Montalban in Rizal. Doctors at the Fairview General Hospital declared him dead on arrival.
Records at the Central Police District-Central Investigation Unit (CPD-CIU) showed that the incident happened at around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday inside a Jell Transport bus (PXI-810) bound for Fairview.
