The fire was reported to hit San Juan Casting Export at around 7p.m. but elements from Liloan Fire Station allegedly responded to the alarm 30 minutes later. It, however, was put out in just a minute.
The factory's owner, Jovito Cantero, is the brother of San Roque barangay captain Johnny Cantero who rushed to the area upon learning of the incident.
