                    [Summary] => BALUNGAO, Pangasinan — Four ski-mask wearing men shot dead the chairman of the local People’s Law Enforcement Board and wounded his wife while they were asleep in their farmhouse in Barangay Angayan Sur here last Wednesday night, police said. 


Senior Inspector Jeff Fanged, the town’s police chief, told The STAR that lawyer Carlo Magno Uminga, 48, sustained multiple gunshot wounds, while his wife, Rosa Isabel, 55, was hit in the buttocks. 


Police found 43 empty 5.56 mm shells and six empty shells from a US Carbine.
