The testimony of the alleged victim in the controversial Subic rape case is enough to convict the four accused US Marines, government prosecutors said yesterday.


In a 36-page memorandum filed yesterday at the Makati City Regional Trial Court, senior state prosecutor Emilie Fe delos Santos and state prosecutors Lagrimas Agaran, Elizabeth Berdal, and Nolibien Quiambao said they were able to prove the accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt "with moral certainty."

Sa isang sulat ni Nicole sa DOJ, sinabi nito na hindi siya kuntento kina Prosecutors Emily Fe delos Santos, Lagrimas Agaran, Elizabeth Verdal at Nolibien Quimbao sa paghawak ng mga ito sa kanyang kaso kaya nais niyang papalitan ang mga ito.
