CLARK FIELD, Pampanga — The 12-day US-RP Talon Vision and Amphibious Landing Exercise (Phiblex) officially ended last Saturday.


In closing ceremonies held at the Officers’ Club here, PAF Lt. Col. Julius Guillermo, director of operations of the 600th Air Base wing, said there is no doubt that the activity was a great success.


Philippine Marine Col. Rustico Guerrero, superintendent of the Marine Corps Training Center, said the "training played a crucial part in enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency in any military organization."
