The killer used a .45 cal. pistol to shoot Juan Encarnacion in the head. Encarnacion, 38, was married and a native of Mabinay, Negros Oriental. 


His assailant, with his face covered and wearing a motorcycle helmet, appeared relaxed after the killing. 


Before walking back to join an accomplice on a motorcycle not far from the scene, the man advised witnesses to refrain from following him.
