MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Justice (DOJ) said yesterday it has scored anew in its legal campaign against the killings of journalists with the conviction of the gunman in the slay of a radioman in Davao del Sur.

Regional police director Rocardo Quinto said a very credible witness has positively identified Joy Anticamara, alias Tungol, as the one who shot Pace while he was on his way home last Tuesday.

Elements of the local Criminal Investigation and Detection Group nabbed Anticamara at Junsay Subdivision in Digos City Thursday afternoon.
