University of the Philippines economics professor Raul Fabella said the NBN project between the Philippine government and the Chinese firm ZTE Corp. does not make 'sense.'

Fabella, a former dean of the UP School of Economics, had earlier done a study on the NBN project together with the current economics den Emmanuel de Dios.
